first of all-we just moved here from latham. It took 3 days for them to return my message to please call me for an appt. When the sales person finally called, I was quoted $200 to have our taxes done. I then told her that I had a $50 cash back coupon from on-line...I was told THAT was the discounted price. I then told her that I was quoted a price to have our taxes done THEN said I had their online coupon...her response was I'll have to talk to my boss, and I'll call you TOMORROW night, and have not heard from them since!!!!!!! These people are NOT worthy of my business nor yous, trust me!!!!!
