I hope some training on how to enter new patients is under way soon! Not to mention a change in the receptionists rude attitude. Please update this lady on correct prodecures from the 2000s. I have no doubt in my mind that you have lots of unpaid invoices and its time to look at who is really at fault.
Heard great recommendations on this dentistry, yet when I called in November of 2015, the next available appointment wasn't until March of 2016. So I was placed on a "if a patient cancels" list. It's now mid April and I haven't heard a thing. This place appears to have high recommendations, however, maybe customer service should be worked on. If I scheduled the "next" March appointment, I'd already have had an appointment; yet here I am looking for other dentists being that this one seems to not care about gaining new patients that will stay with them for the long haul. Completely disappointed.
Great dentist but very poor knowledge on business ethics! As someone who handles medical insurances, its the business who is responsible for asking what type of plan you have when stating the insurance carrier to see seen. Beware and dont let them add a bill in your name because they do not care to use the appropriate measures.
The staff, hygentists and dentists are great with kids!
