I have been next door in Maxwell's Pub. All I know about "The Strand" is that the building is a White Elephant and is being renovated by people with outsized ideas. Let's hope some people will not be too disappointed when all the bills come due and they run out of OPM.

This former theater was re purposed into town offices before being returned to its .use as a theater. It, along with the Hudson River Music Hall, has brought the Arts back to Hudson Falls, joining a Renaissance of sorts for the downtown area. It is now home to the Hudson River Shakespeare co. Theater troupe, hosts everything from classical music to old movies and is a growing social hub of the community. A real gem.
An old theater past it's glory days and many people working to restore to it's former glory it reminds one of The Majestic if one has seen the movie The shows put in are the real draw and the live the community has it the real love
The Strand Theater is going to be an amazing asset to the musical community. If you have an opportunity to attend a performance there DO IT.
