The women at the Carey Agency in Hudson Falls NY were extremely rude to my wife over the phone when she called to ask questions regarding a voicemail they had left stating our policy was due to cancel. They hung up on her once after putting her on hold several times, and then when she called back she was talked to in a disrespectful and demeaning manor and put on hold numerous times again, there were other agents in the background of the office yelling at the phone regarding the conversation my wife was having with the insurance agent. They did not answer one of her questions, as per their job. They got very defensive and rude. After making my wife cry, she called our insurance carrier National General and was immediately reassured our policy was not going to cancel and they answered all questions she had in a professional and kind, timely manor. I will not be going through them for insurance ever again, nor would I ever reccomend them to anyone. If you want to be treated like garbage, this is the place to go!
