I am currently a policy holder, I went to add a policy for my motorcycle and was told there is no penalty for closing my policy on my bike after starting it, because of cold and wintery weather. So I closed my policy after asking before I signed up and before I canceled that there is no penalty. TWO DIFFERENT REPRESENTATIVES FROM THIS OFFICE LIED TO ME AND SAID NO THERE IS NO PENALTY OR FINES FOR CLOSING A POLICY.
